Frankly, I am quite concerned with the direction of this blog. I think it is going to become a blog for my larger posts (which was originally intended), but it will not get posted to near as much as planned.
I started my secondary blog with Tumblr, and have not had time to do anything with it until recently. After plying with it for a short while I found that it provides much more functionality for the more advanced users. Right off the bat I noticed a few features which will draw me to make the frequent post it is designed for such as:
- Tumblr AIM Bot - Post instantly via instant message.
- Tumblr Bookmark - Click it to easily post the page your currently viewing.
- Tumblr Mobile - Post instantly from your Phone via e-mail.
- Tumblr JavaScript - Easily embed Tumblr on your website with 1 line of code.
- Plus Tumblr has all the other features included at Blogger.com.
If you are looking to get more functionality out of your blog, you need to be at Tumblr. For all these reasons and more. You can hit up my new blog at:
My Speculation's will still remain the blog for my well thought out posts, or detailed articles, but will not be updated near as much as my Shot's. This is one of many reasons my Shot's is becoming the primary blog.
Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. I am sure I confused the servers good enough switching my c-name and a-name records like that, while I am posting this, the servers have no idea where their suppose to go. Another plus about Tumblr is, as opposed to using the c-name record, used by blogger.com, they use the a-name record; therefore, you can still leave the mx-record (mail servers) in tact and keep e-mail service for your domain :-)
